A comfortable villa by the sea with an indoor/outdoor pool. Perched on the hillside just 30m from the nearest rocky beach, with nearest shop and restaurant within walking distance, this villa by the seaside is a wonderful choice for those looking for a family friendly villa with plenty of space for everyone to relax.
The villa is approached from a partly shaded parking area to the rear of the property. Guests enter the house into a spacious open-plan living-dining room, generously furnished with lounge furniture and large dining table and chairs. From the dining area, guests can enjoy wonderful views to the Adriatic sea from the picturesque arched windows and floor-to-ceiling patio doors. The well equipped kitchen is separate from the living-dining area, there is a separate toilet on this level. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom & 2 settees, plus an extra bathroom & kitchenette. The first floor of the property contains 3 double bedrooms, each with its own separate shower room, and a single bedroom with separate shower room. The single bedroom can accommodate one additional person on a foldaway bed. One double bedroom has access to an upper shaded terrace offering partial sea views and furnished with table and chairs.
From the dining area, patio doors lead out to an upper terrace, furnished with sun loungers and parasols, plus tables, outdoor lounge furniture and seating. External stairs lead down to the lower terrace and through to the covered pool with glass roof and clear vinyl doors which can be opened for an indoor/outdoor experience. The property also has a table tennis table and sports equipment. A gate from the lower terrace leads out to the path down to the beach just 30 metres away.
For those who want to explore the Northern & Central Dalmatia region, car hire is recommended. Mavarcica bay is a peaceful, pretty bay with amenities within walking distance, while Okrug Gornji is just a few minutes away by car for a wider range of restaurants, shops and activities. The Mavarcica beach has a Tiki bar and viewing area for water polo, and activities in the area include scuba diving - on a good day you can see sea horses and other sea creatures. Day trips in the area include Split Old Town and the beautiful Krka national park with its waterfalls, both within an hour of the villa by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
