This property is set among award winning vineyards and olive groves, with spacious landscaped grounds containing four buildings for guest use. Lawned gardens and white gravel paths connect the buildings, leading to outdoor lounges with day beds and two separate pool areas. With vineyard and woodland views, one beautifully decked outdoor pool is located approximately 10 metres from the houses, while a second pool, surrounded by decking, is set between the main building and stone annexe to the top of the grounds. The main building is set out over three floors (no lift). Guests enter the main building to a very spacious hallway with reception area, leading to a lounge-bar area with vaulted oak beamed ceiling and Istrian stone fireplace, and a kitchen with dining area and fireplace. Double doors lead to the rear of the building, with outdoor dining area. The first floor contains five double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, each with en-suite shower room. One king-size suite lies to the rear of the first floor, with en-suite bathroom and balcony with chairs. The second floor contains two king-size rooms, each with en-suite shower room, and a spacious king-size suite with en-suite bathroom and balcony with chairs, table and olive grove views.
14 one bedroom apartments and two apartments with two double bedrooms are set out across three separate annexe buildings. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
