This reasonably priced Brac island villa located in Postira is ideally positioned for beach access as well as offering guests an easy stroll to the restaurants and bars of Postira. The villa would suit a family, two families or a group of friends looking for somewhere to stay without necessarily having to rent a car.
The villa is approached along a quiet road with parking for two cars located to the side of the villa. Guests enter via steps from the road through the garden and into the ground floor of the villa which consists of an open plan kitchen/dining area, a double bedroom, a twin room and two shower rooms. The first floor, accessed via steps from the garden, features a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a shower room, a lounge with two sofa beds and a kitchen/dining area with large windows where guests can enjoy the full view of the sea and surrounding scenery. The ground and first floor are not connected internally. The stepped garden features an outside covered dining and BBQ area to the front, as well as some smaller seating spots dotted throughout.
The harbour town of Postira features a number of waterfront boutique hotels including Hotel Pastura where guests can grab a coffee, have a drink on the terrace or enjoy a meal. There are also a number of other bars, restaurants and Pizzerias located along the waterfront. A few kilometres away there is the Eco village of Dol where a number of Konobas (similar to tavernas) are situated offering Authentic Brac island/Dalmatian cuisine. Other places of interest in the area include the animal farm for children in Sutivan and the town of Supetar, where guests can enjoy additional harbour-side bars and restaurants.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
