4 bedroom villa with pool near Sveti Lovrec, Istria

This attractive Istrian villa is located close to the villages of Baderna and Sveti Lovrec along Istria’s Western coast. With its spacious interior and exterior and views across to Baderna village from the pool/garden area, the villa would suit a family or group of friends looking to stay in a comfortable villa located within easy reach of all the region has to offer including some of the best beaches to be found along this part of Croatia.

The villa is approached from a country road into a driveway where there is shaded parking. The entrance hall leads through to the large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area where guests will find 2 sets of French doors, one of which leads out to a side terrace while the other leads out to the main upper terrace with an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. A very wide staircase from the main terrace leads down to the pool area which also has a shallow pool attached to it. Next to the pool is a ranch style covered dining area with summer kitchen and BBQ.

The ground floor also contains a double bedroom with doors leading out to a rear view terrace as well as a separate shower room.

The first floor features a twin bedroom and a master bedroom with 4 poster bed and en-suite bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have doors leading out to a balcony with pool and distant sea views. On the opposite side of this floor there is a separate shower room and double bedroom with doors leading out onto a balcony with country views.

From the pool side of the house the noise of the country road located between Sveti Lovrec and Vizinada can be heard in the distance.

Car hire is recommended if staying at this villa. The villa is very well placed to explore the Istria region being within an hour’s drive of Rovinj, Porec and Motovun and just over an hour to the historical town of Pula with its immense Roman amphitheatre, the Brijuni islands as well as other parts of Istria/Kvarner region all manageable as easy day trips from the villa.
