This three bedroom fully fenced bungalow villa with exceptionally large pool and separate children’s pool section is situated in the traditional Istrian village of Klostar and is within easy access of the cities of Porec and Rovinj as well as the unique Lim Fjord inlet, popular for its quality oysters and clams. The villa is modern and spacious with stylish features and an extensive walled garden. Carefully designed to offer contemporary living combined with facilities for a less mobile person who might need the use of wheelchair, the villa offers a quiet spot to relax and re-charge.
The villa is approached from a country lane into a driveway. The larger than average pool, terrace surround and gardens come into immediate view. There is ramp access to the main entrance and an extra wide main door. Guests enter the villa into an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with views to the garden and pool. Patio doors lead to the outside area. Additionally, there is a separate guest toilet, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room which features disabled facilities and two further double bedrooms also with en-suite shower rooms. An outside shower serves the pool which has both ramp access and assisted entry into the pool for persons with restricted mobility. There is a furnished terrace surround together with an outdoor summer kitchen, BBQ, dining area, toilet and a children's’ play area.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Within walking distance there are two restaurants in Klostar, popular with locals and visitors. Lim Fjord is 8.5 kilometres away and an easy drive There are a few excellent seafood restaurants there. The spectacular cities of Rovinj and Porec are both within 30 minutes’ drive. The villa is perfectly located to explore both the inland Istria region including the wine and olive trail routes and the picturesque Brijuni National Park. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
