This delightful Istrian country villa with pool is located in the sleepy village of Krmed which lies within easy reach of Bale town as well as the nearby beaches of San Polo and Colone.

The villa is approached along a country lane and into a gravel driveway located in front of the villa. Guests enter a door leading into the spacious modern open plan lounge / dining area with doors leading out into the well-designed garden with pool and sundeck. A wine cellar is also located off the lounge area. An open doorway leads from the lounge/dining area into the kitchen with breakfast bar and separate guest toilet and utility room. The first floor is accessed from the lounge and features a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom also with en-suite shower room. A door from the landing on this floor leads out onto an upper terrace featuring an enclosed well and stairs which lead down to the garden.
