This attractive town house is located in the popular seaside dwelling of Novi Grad which lies along Istria’s western coast. Well preserved medieval streets, city walls interspersed with ancient towers and plenty of sunbathing and swimming spots to choose from would appeal to those guests looking to stay in a typical historic Croatian town within walking distance of bars, cafes, restaurants and the Adriatic Sea.

 

Guests enter the property from a narrow street into a ground floor kitchen / diner / lounge area. There is also a separate toilet on this level. A spiral staircase to the first floor leads to two double bedrooms and a separate shower room. A second spiral staircase up from this level opens onto the second floor landing which features a kitchenette housed in a cupboard to save guests the walk downstairs to collect refreshments/snacks. A door from this hallway leads into the upper lounge where doors lead out onto a sea facing balcony.

 

Parking is available for one car and we recommend renting a car to view other areas of interest within the area. Places well worth a visit include the historic Roman city of Porec with its’ UNESCO protected Euphrasian Basilica, the hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the popular Baredine Caves.
