This traditional stone villa located in the village of Banici is presented as 2 semi detached properties rented together to offer accommodation for up to 11 persons. The villa would suit 2 or 3 families or friends wishing to holiday together in a relaxing environment within easy access of popular places to visit within the Dubrovnik aswell as Korcula and Peljesac region.
The villa is presented as follows:
House No.1
Ground floor: Lounge , kitchen, dining room, double bedroom with en-suite shower room, single bedroom First floor: Master double bedroom with balcony, shower room. It is possible from the hallway on this floor to enter a bedroom in House No.2 although most guests do not do this.
House No.2
Ground floor: Laundry/basement First floor: Hallway leading out to the pool, living room, kitchen with sea view terrace, dining room. Double bedroom (this is the bedroom where you can enter House No.1), shower room.
Second floor: 2 x double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.
Outside is the pool and sunbathing patio along with BBQ facilities and table. There is a shady terrace above the pool.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Slano village is a typical Dalmatian friendly coastal harbour town featuring a selection of restaurants and shops as well as a hotel and marina. Dubrovnik City is a 40-minute car or taxi ride away as is an explore of the Peljesac region located north of Slano which includes the historic town of Ston with its’ impressive defensive stone walls over 5kms in length. Slano with its stunning bay is a good choice for experiencing authentic Dalmatian seaside living.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
