Guests then walk through the garden area and up a flight of stairs into a very spacious rear terrace featuring a dining area and sun loungers. From here guests enter the apartment into a bright and airy open plan fully equipped kitchen / diner area with beamed ceilings. A door from the kitchen leads into a central corridor where guests will find two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, a separate shower room and a third bedroom with bunk beds. At the other end of the corridor guests enter a comfortable lounge area with fireplace and doors leading up to a sea facing terrace.
Apartment DU116 is located on the lower part of the villa and if both apartments are available at the same time there is an opportunity to rent both properties together to form one villa which can accommodate up to 12 persons.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Caretaker was very helpful, nice lady. More warning of the many mosquitoes, should have known but the ferocity of the little devils was extreme. We were disappointed at the lack of sun allowed on to the rear terrace due to the hillside position and the many tall trees there. We couldn't get the English programmes on the TV but as we wouldn't let the men watch, it didn't matter! Also could have done with another armchair in the lounge.
We used Rental Cars and were happy with the vehicle. However collection and drop off at the airport is a nightmare as there is not enough space to drive in and out.
Impressed with: Scenery, lovely coastal drives, cleanliness of the sea and the air, reasonable eating out.
Not impressed with: Hilliness everywhere! People generally weren't the most friendly we have encountered but we did come across some very nice ones.
Recommend: Scala Pizzeria near Tommy’s Supermarket, which was also good. Visit to Dubrovnik Old Town and wall walk is a must. Lots of restaurants and bars there too.
Favourite villa moment: Sunset over the sea viewed from one of the pleasant bars along Lapad Beach.

Impressed with: Relaxed, nice people. Good value for money and lovely water to swim in.
Not impressed with: Dubrovnik is a bit overrated. Lovely history but too many people from the cruise ships and day trips.
Recommend: We visited the island of Lokrum from Dubrovnik harbour for the day. It’s a 10 minute boat ride and has an inland lake for swimming which was lovely.
Favourite villa moment: We loved having the aircon and wifi to come back to after a hot day at the beach, and that we didn't have to pay extra for it.

Beautiful villa and exactly as advertised.It was nice to have everything as advertised. I found the information provided on the website and by email prior to the trip was great. Very private - comfortable beds. Beautiful beaches and scenery. Amazing history - Dubrovnik was amazing. Felt very safe and at ease - no trouble being understood; a majority of people spoke some English. We arranged a car hire and insurance through the website also - it was also very well-organized and we were able to pick up the car with no problems. It served our needs very well and we were able to easily do several day trips to Split and Montenegro from Dubrovnik.

Lots of little extras eg.soap, shower gel etc. beach towels,washing powder, milk in fridge, orange juice- lovely to have all these things provided for when you arrive.
