Dating back to the 16th Century, this listed property, built in the Renaissance style, offers a wonderful setting for those guests looking to holiday as a large family or with a group of friends. This Dubrovnik luxury villa is also ideal as a wonderful special occasion / celebration venue.
The villa is approached along a tree lined avenue where parking is available for up to 10 cars. The villa is surrounded by a wall and guests enter the property via a gate into a spacious courtyard which sits in front of the villa and contains raised plant beds, outside seating/dining and a BBQ. The villa is entered via a door from the courtyard into an ‘L’ shaped hallway. One arm of the hallway leads down to the spacious open plan country style kitchen/diner/lounge area with fireplace. The other side of the hallway leads to a double bedroom, separate walk in shower room. There is also a utility room on this level. The first floor features four double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom) each with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a conservatory overlooking the courtyard garden containing a dining area and kitchen facilities. Two additional single beds are also available for children.
The stylishly decked pool area sits outside the walled garden overlooking a valley. On the other side of the valley is a road which can be heard only from the pool area (the road cannot be heard from within the villa or courtyard area). A daily breakfast service as well as additional catering are available at the villa, prices on request.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Owner was fantastically helpful, going to the trouble of showing us the best places to visit, shop for groceries, and local beaches.
Recommend:Boat trips to the islands are great.
Favourite villa moment: Lounging by the pool while the children had lots of fun playing in the pool/on the badminton court, or on the boules pitch.

The property was beautiful and the owners - very friendly and helpful. We'd love to go back. The property is secluded, large enough for a good group of people and the grounds of the property beautiful with the pool and gardens and a great view over the hills.
The property manager was very helpful. They helped up with taxis and airport transfers, and helped us book a great boat trip, which was the highlight of our stay.
It would be helpful if airport transfers could be booked with the agent at the time of booking the villa.
Impressed with: The scenery and very friendly people.
Not impressed with: I honestly have to say, I don't have any negative comments....
Recommend:Chartered boat trip to the Elaphiti Islands where we went to a beautiful restaurant on the water called Kod Marko. Dubrovnik old town. Cafe Buza in Durbovnik - cliff top bar.
Favourite villa moment: The poolside, in the sunshine with a great view over the hills. And showing us the family wine cellar!

(Property manager was) very helpful and overwhelmingly popular with everyone. One of our party likes to have a bath and it was unfortunate that there was not a bathroom in the house.
Impressed with: Coastline and people.
Not impressed with: Everyone wants to be paid in cash which is Stone Age behaviour !
Recommend:Nautika (restaurant) was good and renting a speed boat worked well for a visit to the islands.
Favourite villa moment: BBQs at the villa were fun and the catered event that the property manager arranged was spot on.
