This beautifully restored traditional Dalmatian stone cottage sits in an elevated position on one of Croatia’s most popular and easily accessible islands, the island of Brac. Set within 12,000m2 of grounds and enclosed within a traditional stone wall, guests are assured of privacy when staying at this villa. The self-sufficient will appreciate the property’s solar power and rainwater supply along with the kitchen garden where guests can help themselves to the various items grown including a selection of herbs, peppers, tomatoes, aubergines and cucumbers. The villa is approached via a country road into a driveway with private parking next to the villa. The property consists of on the ground floor a split-level open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with sofa bed 170cm x 190m for 2 persons. The first floor (eaves) consists of the sleeping area featuring a sofa bed opening into a 160cm x 200m double bed, there is an en-suite shower room and a balcony offering far reaching sea and mainland views. 2 additional toilets are also included. Outside there is ample space for guests to relax by the pool or indulge in al fresco dining next to the summer kitchen.For the little ones there is a shady children’s play area.
Car hire is recommended when staying at the villa. The nearby town of Pucisa offers a picturesque harbour, sea food restaurants, bars and various excursions. Brac island sites of interest include Vidova Gora, the highest point of all the Adriatic islands (778m), the towns of Milna, Supetar, Sutivan and Bol with the famous Bol Golden Cape beach as well as the Blaca Hermitage dating back to the 15th century located on the south of the island. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
