    This 3 bedroom luxury villa with pool, jacuzzi and sea view terrace is located in Supetar on Brac island, best known for its rich cultural heritage and natural beauties. This property would suit friends and families looking to be in a quiet location within easy access of local amenities and a short walk to the beach.

    On the ground floor of this two-level villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a living room. Also, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the second floor, you can also find two double bedrooms and one separate shower room. Outside you can enjoy the large swimming pool and jacuzzi, ideal for cooling off during hot summer days. There is also a summer kitchen, barbecue and outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco dining with your friends and family while enjoying a glass of wine from the island of Brac.

    Car hire is recommended while staying at the property. Supetar has plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from, with the centre within easy walking distance of the villa. The nearest beaches are just a few hundred metres away. Brac island itself has a wealth of attractions – from water sports and aqua parks to well-known sights in easy driving distance, such as the famous Golden Cape beach at Bol. Nearby authentic towns Milna, Postira, Sutivan are worth a relaxing day trip, while Supetar is ideal for catching a ferry for the day to other islands or the mainland.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
