Situated in the historical old quarter of the picturesque seaside town of Cavtat, well known for its wonderful cafes and restaurants, this pretty studio apartment offers guests lovely sea views from its terrace. Decorated to a very high standard in a modern style, the apartment blends comfort and style with an enviable location.
Entry into the property is via one of the cobbled pedestrianised streets located in Cavtat old town into a courtyard. A door leads into the main building which houses three apartments in total. The studio apartments with balconies are located on the raised ground and first floor. Each apartment consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area decorated with handmade wooden furniture and fittings. Doors from the lounge lead out onto a pretty terrace offering wonderful rooftop and harbour views. There are also outdoor eating facilities located on the terrace. To the rear of the apartment there is a shower room and a partially separated double bedroom.
The studio apartment would suit those looking to stay within walking distance of local restaurants and beaches. An hourly boat service operates to Dubrovnik from Cavtat from April till October. The boat arrives directly into Dubrovnik old town and the journey time is approx. 30-40 minutes. Last boat back is around midnight although this may be subject to change towards the earlier and latter parts of the season. Please check locally. Other attractions include excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands as well as day trips to Montenegro and Mostar to name but a few.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

Everyone we have had contact with have been very helpful. Wifi would be useful. Also we felt the area / were geared to Germans and.Skandanavians. We found the women in the shops somewhat abrupt.
Due to my husband’s difficulty in climbing steps the access was quite difficult especially up and down with the suitcases. On the night before we were due home there a German couple had moved in that day and were shouting, crashing and banging at 3.30 in the morning, we had to get up early the next morning.

Recommend: No particular one they were all good and the staff friendly.

Brilliant.There was some shortages and damaged items in the crockery. Not all the towels smelled fresh and clean.
Impressed with: It is very relaxed, the food and wines are fresh and amazing and everyone is very friendly
Recommend: We visit Cavtat because all the food served here is of a high standard and there is choice for all tastes. We love to go to the very laid back Vices Sunset Bar to watch the sunset and have a glass of wine and beer listening to chilled out music.

The people were very friendly and exceedingly helpful, even though we struggled with the language. The country was also breathtakingly beautiful and the weather was perfect.
The property was very clean and in a fantastic location although a thorough test of all the equipment (e.g. lights, heating, etc.) would have been good prior to our arrival. It was probably not done as we were the first visitors of the season. Other than that, the contact for the property was very prompt to assist us. Overall, the property helped make the holiday a fantastic one!
