    Located in a quiet residential area within the Babin Kuk district of Dubrovnik, this inviting two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and well-equipped setting for a relaxed stay. With a peaceful location that still provides easy access to key attractions, it is well suited to a family or small groups of friends looking to explore the historic city and its beautiful surroundings. Guests can enjoy partial views of the sea and surrounding hills, along with a restful atmosphere ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

    Access to the apartment is via a private entrance, with parking available directly in front of the building. Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a bright living area that opens onto a furnished terrace with views over the city and nearby gardens. The interior layout includes a spacious open plan lounge with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A shared shower room  is located nearby and includes contemporary fittings. The apartment is well equipped throughout with modern appliances.

    Guests will find themselves just a short walk from Lapad Bay Beach and the lively Lapad promenade, where numerous restaurants, cafés and seaside spots await. A local supermarket is a few minutes away on foot, while the nearest bus stop—just 200 metres from the apartment—offers regular connections to sights and entertainment of Dubrovnik and its UNESCO-listed Old Town, around 4 kilometres away. Nearby attractions include the historic city walls, Lovrijenac Fortress, and the cable car to Mount Srđ, as well as opportunities for boat trips which leave from Gruz harbour to the surrounding islands such as the National Park of Mljet and the Elaphiti islands.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
