    Set in the peaceful village of Orašac close to Dubrovnik, this elegant four-bedroom residence enjoys far-reaching sea views and a tranquil setting surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and mature olive trees. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the property combines spacious interiors with inviting outdoor areas, making it well suited to families, groups of friends and guests seeking a restful escape along the Adriatic coast. The calm atmosphere and scenic surroundings provide an ideal base for enjoying both the coastline and nearby cultural attractions.

    Guests arrive via a driveway with on-site parking available. The main entrance on the ground floor opens to a well equipped kitchen leading into a bright open-plan living area and an adjoining dining space with seating for eight guests. This floor has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower and the other with a separate bathroom with bathtub. There's two further bedrooms on the first floor, each with double beds and each benefiting from an en-suite shower room. This floor opens out onto an expansive terrace wrapping around the house, offering plenty of space for outdoor living. Here guests can unwind beside the swimming pool, relax on the sun loungers, work out in the outdoor gym area, cook up a treat in the summer kitchen or take in the impressive sea views from the terrace and garden areas.

    Orašac is known for its laid-back coastal charm, olive groves and beautiful Adriatic scenery, while the historic city of Dubrovnik is only a short drive away. Guests can spend their days exploring the famous medieval city walls and cobbled streets of the UNESCO-listed Old Town, visiting local restaurants and waterfront cafés, or taking boat excursions to the nearby Elaphiti Islands. Nearby beaches such as Banje Beach and Sveti Jakov offer excellent spots for swimming and sunbathing, while the surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and enjoying the region’s natural beauty.

        Pricing Information

        Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

        All bookings subject to booking fee.

        Booking Information

        A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

        If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

        Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

        Holding an Option on a villa

        Payment Information

        For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
