    This charming seaside guest house is in the centre of Cavtat and offers a selection of 10 bedrooms which are rented separately and include breakfast.  It is just a few steps from the pretty waterside promenade dotted with several café bars and restaurants.  It would suit couples, friends and families looking to holiday in a popular area of the Dubrovnik region.   

    The guest house is made up of 10 air-conditioned bedrooms; all offering mini-fridges, WIFI and breakfast.  Each one has different views, floor levels and capacities.  Guests can reach the reception on the first floor via a flight of stairs.

    Bedroom 1: Standard Double Bedroom with street view (1st floor) (maximum 2 persons).

    Bedroom 2: Deluxe Double Bedroom with French Balcony and Sea View (1st floor).  (maximum 2+1 persons – there is an additional cost for the extra person on the sofa bed, please select below when booking).

    Breakfast:  Breakfast is served on the upper terrace and offer guests hot and cold options (including, omelettes, cereals, sausages, juices etc.).  Breakfast is served from 08:00 – 12:00.  If departing before breakfast time a sandwich can be made and provided the night before check-out.     The central location of the guest house means that car hire is not necessary.  Cavtat is a pretty seaside town with an abundance of beaches, cafes, shops, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance.  Dubrovnik can be reached either by a 30-minute car journey or by a 30-40-minute boat ride from Cavtat centre.  The boat service operates on an hourly basis between April – October and arrives directly into Dubrovnik old town.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
