    This modern and spacious duplex apartment with a balcony has a shared garden, Jacuzzi and BBQ. It can be booked together with the neighboring apartment, DU263 and would then offer accommodation for up to 12 guests. The apartment itself sleeps 4-6 guests and is located near Dubrovnik Old Town, perfect for families and friends looking to explore Dubrovnik’s historic cobbled streets and Lapad’s white pebble beaches. 

    The apartment is on the first and second floor of the 3-story building. The owner lives on the ground floor, however guests have complete privacy as the apartment has three separate entrances for the ground floor and the two apartments, both of which are located on the first and second floor of the building. Likewise, the two apartments are separate from one another with separate entrances to ensure privacy. On the first floor of the apartment are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The indoor staircase leads to the second floor where there is an open-plan kitchen/diner and lounge, as well as a bathroom. The shared garden offers a BBQ and a Jacuzzi and is accessed by both apartments. Each apartment has complimentary parking for one car.

    The apartment is located 150 metres from a bus stop via which the Old Town is easily reached. Lokrum Island makes for a lovely day out and ferry journeys to and from the island can be arranged in the Old Town. A wide variety of shops, cafes and bars can be explored within the walls and winding streets of Dubrovnik Old Town. A 30-minute drive takes guests to Cavtat, where the Cavtat - Radovcici footpath offers a stunning hiking trail with many idyllic picnic spots. The Cavtat seaside promenade also makes for a relaxing day out with plenty of waterside restaurants and swimming opportunities.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
