This delightful villa consisting of a main house and annex is located in the seaside location of Zaton approximately 10-15 minutes drive from Dubrovnik City offers guests a comfortable stay along Dubrovnik’s Riviera. The villa would suit a family / group of friends looking for a convenient base to explore Dubrovnik and the surrounding area.
The villa is approached along a village road where guests enter into a courtyard garden with garage parking area to one side. The annexe room is located here and is presented as a studio apartment with double bed and an en-suite shower room. A half staircase from the courtyard leads up to a spacious terrace with covered outdoor dining and lounge furniture. Guests enter the house from one of 3 sets of French doors located on the terrace into a partially closed hallway with the lounge located on one side and the dining room on the other side and a kitchen to the rear. There is a separate guest toilet on this level. The first floor features 4 x double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms . A door from the central first floor hallway opens onto a large balcony with sun loungers offering partial sea and old stone village house views. To the rear of the property is an enclosed heated pool with sun loungers. Due to the bend of the road around the coastline a slight sound of the main road can be heard from the rear of the villa and top balcony.
Zaton Bay is a picturesque location perfect for families to relax and unwind by the sea whilst still offering easy access to amenities. There are several pebble/stone beaches in the bay. A 15 minute walk will take you to the village of Zaton Mali, with shops and a range of restaurants serving local cuisine. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
