    A beautiful contemporary villa located in a sought-after bay along the Dubrovnik coastline, guests of the villa will enjoy a wonderful stay at this elegant and stylish villa conveniently located for the bars, restaurants and nightlife of Dubrovnik City. The villa would suit those looking for a special place for a family gathering or a group of friends looking to celebrate a special occasion or for anyone looking to chill out and relax to summer vibes away from life’s daily demands.

    The villa is approached via a coastal road to ground floor garages which can accommodate 2 cars. Guests then take 50 steps up* (passing along the way at step 22 housekeeping rooms on the right) to the split-level pool/Jacuzzi terrace complete with chill out lounge and a shady sun deck with loungers. A handful of steps from the pool takes guests to the main indoor/outdoor living area of the villa complete with covered outdoor dining table and TV screen, BBQ and summer kitchen.Entry into the villa is via pool and side pool facing patio doors. Inside there is a comfortable open plan kitchen (with breakfast bar)/diner/lounge decorated in relaxing tones which continues throughout the villa. A corridor behind the kitchen leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors opening onto the pool. There is also a separate guest cloakroom with WC on this level. The first floor features a further 4 double bedrooms each with en-suite walk in shower rooms and sea facing balconies equipped with bistro table and chairs. Due to the curved nature of the coastline here, the villa partially faces the mainland and a slight sound of the main road can be heard from the villa.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Please Contact Us should you wish to place an option on a property for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and/or make other arrangements.

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
