Located in Mokosica and just 80 metres from Ombla river this villa is a great choice for groups of friends and families looking for a peaceful villa location, but yet still just a short drive from the busy Dubrovnik old town.
The property is set over 3 floors. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/dining/lounge area. An additional 2 people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the dining room area. There are internal stairs that lead up to an additional front door and from here a further 16 steps that lead up to the 1st floor. One this level there is a games room, sauna, shower room and one double bedroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; 2 of the bedrooms are doubles (one with a king size bed) and the remaining bedroom can either be made up as a double or a twin. There are 2 terraces which guests can access via the lounge area on the ground floor; the first offering chairs and the second which is covered offers an alfresco dining area, a BBQ, a summer kitchen and a pool area.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. A local shop and an ATM are just 500 metres away and a further array of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Dubronvik old town; a 15-minute drive away. The walls of Dubrovnik are worth a visit and the Lovrijenac Fortress which stands separately from the walls should not be missed (they are included in the standard entrance ticket for the walls).

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
