Tucked away in the countryside amongst the olive groves is this tastefully decorated 5-bedroom sea view villa with infinity pool. Located on the picturesque Island of Sipan which is the largest island forming part of the Elafiti archipelago situated in the Dubrovnik region, the villa would suit a family or friends looking for a unique quiet retreat to relax and unwind whilst having the convenience of Dubrovnik and the mainland only a ferry-hop away.
The villa is presented on 3 levels, ground floor, middle floor and top floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, spacious living area and dining room that both open onto the lower terrace that is ideal for outdoor dining. The first floor is level with the upper terrace and the pool and consists of a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 x double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a summer kitchen and barbecue area adjacent to the pool. The top floor contains 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. The villa is equipped with ball games, bicycles, a table tennis table and bocce field.

Sipan island has many secluded, rocky & pebble beaches, it also has Renaissance manors, more than 30 chapels and churches & ancient ruins. As an island with almost no traffic, Šipan is ideal for open-air activities such as cycling, walking and hiking and of course water sports such as canoeing, kayaking or sailing.
Practicalities:
Car traffic is permitted on the island. Guests arriving by boat or ferry will be met at the ferry and a car transfer can be arranged to the villa. A private transfer from Dubrovnik airport is another option and consists of a taxi / private car ride to the mainland port of Brsecine (a 40-50 minute drive along the coast from Dubrovnik airport) followed by a 10 minute taxi boat transfer to Sudurad on Sipan island where a car can be arranged to take guests to the villa. Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
