    Set in the peaceful coastal area of Vrbica, this elegant retreat combines contemporary comfort with panoramic views of the Adriatic sea, all within easy reach of Dubrovnik and the nearby shoreline. Designed for up to eight guests, the property is particularly well suited to families, couples travelling together, or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay close to both the sea and Dubrovnik’s historic attractions. With spacious interiors, excellent wellness facilities and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas, guests can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to local beaches, restaurants and cultural landmarks.

    Guests arrive via a driveway to convenient on-site parking before entering the villa on the main level. The entrance leads into an open-plan living and dining area framed by large windows that provide stunning sea views while filling the interiors with natural daylight. A well equipped kitchen with a central island and wine cooler is adjacent  to a dining area seating up to ten guests, the perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. Alongside, a striking glass atrium enclosing a mature tree brings a natural focal point to the heart of the home. The villa accommodates eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, sea-facing balcony and either king-size or twin beds. Additional features include wheelchair-friendly access throughout and a lift connecting the floors. Outside, guests can unwind beside the heated saltwater infinity pool, relax in the Jacuzzi or sauna, work out in the gym area or simply enjoy leisurely evenings on the terrace complete with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue grill and alfresco dining area overlooking the sea.

    The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, from the pebble beaches and clear waters of Vrbica to the world-famous sights of Dubrovnik Old Town, located only a short drive away. Guests can wander through centuries-old streets, visit historic churches and fortresses, or enjoy waterfront dining along the harbour. Boat excursions to the nearby Elafiti Islands are also popular, while kayaking, swimming and coastal walks provide excellent opportunities to experience the natural beauty of the region. With its blend of seaside tranquillity and cultural heritage, this part of Croatia offers something for both relaxation and exploration.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
