    Set in the peaceful coastal area of Vrbica, this elegant seaside retreat combines contemporary comfort with far-reaching views across the Adriatic Sea. Accommodating up to ten guests, the luxury villa includes everything needed for a pleasant stay and more, including fitness facilities, a Jacuzzi and sauna. Located within walking distance of the beach and only a short drive from the heart of Dubrovnik, it offers a relaxing base for families, couples and groups of friends seeking a refined coastal escape with excellent access to both the shoreline and the city’s historic attractions.

    The approach road to the property leads to secure on-site parking. The villa is set over four floors which are connected with a lift. The main entrance opens to a bright open-plan living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling glass windows that maximise the panoramic sea views. The dining area seats ten guests, while the well equipped kitchen includes a central island and wine fridge, creating an ideal setting for shared meals and entertaining. This level also provides direct access to the terrace and outdoor living spaces. The upper floors comprise five king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a balcony facing the sea. The lower ground floor features a well-equipped gym and a sauna designed for relaxation after a day exploring the coastline. Outside, guests can enjoy a heated saltwater infinity pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sun loungers, landscaped terraces, an alfresco dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities.

    Guests staying in Vrbica can easily explore the nearby UNESCO-listed Old Town of Dubrovnik, famous for its medieval walls, historic churches and atmospheric limestone streets. The surrounding coastline offers pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming, kayaking and boat excursions to the nearby Elafiti Islands. Visitors can also enjoy waterfront restaurants, scenic coastal walks and day trips to attractions such as Lovrijenac Fortress and the panoramic viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
