    Set within an elegant historic estate in Dubrovnik, this distinguished residence combines period character with beautifully maintained grounds. Set in a large plot with terraced gardens and mature Mediterranean plants, the property offers a refined and characterful atmosphere with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Its close proximity to the city’s historic centre makes it particularly well suited to guests seeking a blend of cultural exploration, relaxation and easy access to local attractions, whilst larger groups and families will appreciate the spacious layout and extensive facilities.

    Guests arrive via the main approach to the villa, where there is convenient on-site parking. The entrance to the main house opens to a well equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining area and a comfortable sitting room designed for social gatherings and relaxation. Also on this floor is a library. The sleeping arrangements for the villa on the first floor are two double bedroom with ensuite showers, along with one more bedroom interconnected them with a sofa bed. The same arrangement can be found on the second floor. An additional bedroom with king size bed can be found in the adjoining annex, which offers its own living area, kitchen and bathroom facilities, making it ideal for guests seeking additional independence. The lower ground floor includes a Finnish sauna and a well-equipped fitness area. Outside, expansive terraces and landscaped gardens surround a large heated swimming pool lined with sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor kitchen area with adjoining dining space and a covered lounge area with a television and a table tennis table for further entertainment, all designed for spending time outdoors in the warmer months. 

    Dubrovnik is celebrated for its striking medieval architecture, historic city walls and scenic Adriatic coastline. Guests can spend time exploring the UNESCO-listed Old Town, wandering along the limestone streets and discovering landmarks such as Stradun, lined with cafés, boutiques and historic buildings. Nearby beaches including Banje Beach and Sveti Jakov Beach provide opportunities for swimming and sunbathing, whilst boat excursions to Lokrum Island are also popular. The surrounding region offers excellent walking routes, waterfront restaurants and cultural attractions, allowing guests to experience the rich history, cuisine and coastal beauty for which Dubrovnik is renowned.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
