    Set in the peaceful coastal village of Orašac, this modern yet comfortable villa offers a relaxing base just a short drive from Dubrovnik. Surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and overlooking the Adriatic Sea, the property combines elegant interiors with generous outdoor living areas, making it well suited to families or groups of friends seeking a laid-back escape on the Dalmatian coast. 

    Guests arrive via a gated approach with on-site parking available at the property. The entrance on the ground floor leads into a bright open-plan living area with comfortable seating and separate dining area providing plenty of space for socialising and dining together. A well equipped kitchen sits alongside the dining area, while the lounge opens directly onto the terraces and pool area. This floor also includes one of the double bedrooms with ensuite shower room. The other three double bedrooms are arranged across the upper level, each offering an en-suite shower and views towards the sea. Leisure facilities include an indoor jacuzzi, sauna and fitness room, along with a games area with consoles for entertainment. The villa also has two guest toilets. Outside, spacious terraces provide areas for sunbathing and an outdoor dining area with BBQ grill provides an option for al fresco meals, meanwhile the swimming pool surrounded by sunloungers and landscaped gardens is perfect for cooling off during the summer months.

    The surrounding area offers plenty to explore, from the nearby beaches along the Adriatic coast to the restaurants and cafés within easy reach of Orašac. Guests can spend days visiting the historic streets of Dubrovnik famous for its medieval city walls, baroque architecture and waterfront promenades, while boat excursions to the nearby Elaphiti Islands provide further opportunities for sightseeing. Nearby beaches such as Banje Beach and Sveti Jakov offer excellent spots for swimming and sunbathing. Scenic walking routes, crystal-clear waters, and countless historic sites make it an excellent destination for guests looking to enjoy both relaxation and cultural experiences.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
