    Guests arrive via an access road with parking next to the villa. The main entrance is up some stairs on the third floor, here guests will find three double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms The floor below has the same layout with three more double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. The fourth floor opens out into an open-plan living and dining area framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a small green space, allowing natural light to pour in and provide sea views throughout the space. The well equipped kitchen features a central island and wine fridge, creating the perfect hub for social gatherings and shared meals. The bathrooms and kitchen are finished with striking Ceppo di Gré porcelain, adding a sophisticated touch to the interiors. Outside, the rooftop terrace forms the centrepiece of the property, where guests will find a saltwater infinity pool with sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a large dining area designed for alfresco evenings overlooking the stunning coastline. The first floor is where guests will find a laundry area with washing facilities.

    Dubrovnik is one of Croatia’s most celebrated coastal destinations, famed for its remarkably preserved medieval architecture and striking setting beside the Adriatic Sea. Guests can spend their days exploring the UNESCO-listed Old Town, walking the ancient city walls, discovering historic landmarks and strolling along the limestone streets of Stradun lined with cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Nearby beaches such as Banje Beach and Sveti Jakov offer excellent spots for swimming and sunbathing, while boat excursions to Lokrum Island and the Elafiti Islands provide opportunities to experience the region’s natural beauty.         Pricing and booking information

        Pricing Information

        Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

        Booking Information

        A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

        If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
