The villa is presented as four apartments let together, two 1-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and two studio apartments on the first floor, connected via external stairs. The two 1-bedroom apartments on the ground floor are identical and are laid out as follows: Guests enter to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room with patio doors leading to a sunny terrace. There is one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room in each apartment. The two studio apartments on the first floor are identical and are laid out as follows: Guests enter to an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room with a double bed area. There is a separate shower room. A walled terrace with pool completes the property.
Car hire is recommended at this villa. A small pebbly beach is located 20 minutes' walk way, less than 5 minutes by car. The walk to the beach is not suitable for those clients experiencing walking difficulties as the last part of the walk is a gradual descent down to the beach. Bigger beaches are available at Cavtat, 10kms away. Attractions within the region include the historical towns ofDubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and worth a visit.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
