Guests arrive via a quiet country road, where parking is conveniently located on-site. Upon entering the house, they are welcomed into a spacious interior spread across multiple levels. The first floor features an inviting lounge area and dining space with a high ceiling of exposed beams. Up a couple of steps takes guests into a well-appointed kitchen. The home includes three generous bedrooms, two on the same floor as the lounge area and each with access to its own ensuite shower room. Up the stairs from the living area on the top floor is a master bedroom in the eves of the villa with its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. On the lower floor guests will find a sauna and a dedicated fitness room to enhance the experience for those wishing to unwind or stay active. This floor also has a shower room and a guest WC. This area also features some good restaurants, one of the most well-known being  Konavoski Dvori  situated in a watermill near the waterfalls of the River Ljuta. Attractions within the region include the historical towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar by carare also possible and worth a visit.
