    Tucked away in the peaceful village of Zastolje near Gruda, this beautifully restored countryside residence offers a calming escape for guests seeking a slower pace, surrounded by the nature of the Konavle valley. With its blend of traditional architecture and stylish interiors, the property suits families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay while being within easy reach of Dubrovnik and Montenegro’s cultural attractions and coastline.

    Guests arrive via a quiet country road, where parking is conveniently located on-site. Upon entering the house, they are welcomed into a spacious interior spread across multiple levels. The first floor features an inviting lounge area and dining space with a high ceiling of exposed beams. Up a couple of steps takes guests into a well-appointed kitchen. The home includes three generous bedrooms, two on the same floor as the lounge area and each with access to its own ensuite shower room. Up the stairs from the living area on the top floor is a master bedroom in the eves of the villa with its own ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. On the lower floor guests will find a sauna and a dedicated fitness room to enhance the experience for those wishing to unwind or stay active. This floor also has a shower room and a guest WC. Outside, guests can enjoy the garden area, complete with a swimming pool and terrace with summer kitchen and barbecue – ideal for days spent in the sun or evenings under the stars.

    Car hire is recommended if staying at this villa. For those eager to explore the region, the historic city of Dubrovnik is a short drive away, offering a wealth of cultural sites, dining, and shopping. Beaches are easily accessible, with the nearest stretch of coastline around fifteen kilometres away, featuring sunbathing platforms and crystal-clear water. The surrounding Konavle region also offers scenic walking trails, traditional restaurants, and vineyards to discover. This area also features some good restaurants, one of the most well-known being  Konavoski Dvori  situated in a watermill near the waterfalls of the River Ljuta. Attractions within the region include the historical towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands. A little further afield, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar by carare also possible and worth a visit.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
