4 Bedroom Villa with Infinity Pool near Labin, Sleeps 8
Located on the eastern coast of Istria near the town of Labin, this 4-bedroom villa boasts a private infinity pool, large partially covered terrace, stunning views of the surrounding countryside, private tennis court and an abundance of space indoors. Ideal for families, groups and nature enthusiasts, there is a traditional Croatian tavern on site for outdoor dining as well as a small farm, hiking trails, gardens and a training golf course for guests to enjoy. The owners live in a separate building on the grounds, however guests will receive complete privacy during their stay.
The stone villa consists of two storeys. On the ground floor, there is a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area with direct access the pool and terrace. There is a separate WC on this level and one double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Guests also have access to the tavern, which has a second kitchen and lounge area. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a private balcony. Outside, there is a large partially covered terrace with sunbeds surrounding the infinity pool. The terrace overlooks the garden, tennis court and small practice golf course.
Car hire is recommended. The villa is located only a short drive away from the town of Labin, with its selection of shops and restaurants. The seaside town of Rabac is also well worth a visit. Other areas of interest nearby include the historical town of Pula with its immense Roman amphitheatre and the Brijuni Islands.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
