    This 10 bedroom villa with a pool, terrace and sea views in Pula sleeps 20 guests. It is perfect for groups of families and friends looking to enjoy onsite activities, such as volleyball and swimming, whilst in close proximity to Pula’s beautiful pebble beaches.

    The ground floor consists of two twin bedrooms, two kitchen/ dining rooms, two bathrooms, a gym and an activity room with a pool table. The staircase leads from the entrance hall to the first floor where there are two twin and two double bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms, two more bathrooms and two kitchen/living rooms with dining space. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. A large covered balcony can be accessed via the second floor. Two double bedrooms are in the annexe, one of which opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs. The annexe can be reached via an outdoor veranda that is accessed from the first floor of the main building and can also be accessed via the back of the property. Outside there is a swimming pool with a whirlpool, a terrace with sun loungers and a BBQ house with a dining table. There is also a garden with a volleyball net and a play area with a swing, slide and seesaw. The property has complimentary parking in the garage.

    Car hire is recommended while staying in Pula. The city of Pula is a 10-minute drive from the property, which makes for a lovely day out exploring the immense Roman Amphitheatre and the vibrant streets with its colourful shops, restaurants and bars. The Brijuni Islands offer an easy day excursion from the villa where guests can spend the day seeing zebras at the safari park and relaxing on the island’s secluded beaches. While staying so close to the Croatian coastline, a day trip to Venice is recommended.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
