The ground floor consists of a gym, sauna and a kitchen/dining room, which opens onto the terrace with a BBQ. On the first floor is a kitchen, a spacious living room with a pool table, a terrace, two double bedrooms - both of which have balconies, one of which has an en-suite bathroom - and another bathrooms. There are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor. The third floor has three double bedrooms, one of which opens onto a balcony from which one can see the sea in the distance. Outside, there is a pool and a terrace with sun loungers, a BBQ and an outdoor covered dining table. There is also a garden with a trampoline, swing, slide, climbing frame and seesaw.
Car hire is recommended while staying in Pula. The villa is close to the coast so an excursion to the stunning Brijuni Islands is recommended. There is a safari park on Veliki Brijun, where visitors can see zebras, enjoy the quiet beaches and find many beautiful coastal picnic spots on the uninhabited island. The mainland’s white pebble beaches are worth visiting, where there are various water sports such as kayaking, diving and parasailing to be enjoyed, and waterside cafes and beach-bars to relax in close to the property. The nearby adventure park, a 15-minute walk away from the property, is worth a visit with its treetop obstacle courses.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
