With its colour-washed buildings and numerous cafes and bars dotted around the pretty harbour, it oozes Mediterranean chic and rates as one of Croatia’s must-see city destinations.
This beautiful house was built in the 18th century and is tucked away in a quiet spot along one of Rovinj's medieval streets. The property is offered as a very high quality contemporary town house set over three floors. Guests enter the house from the pedestrianised street into an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with separate shower room. The first floor features a spacious double bedroom and separate family bathroom whilst on the second floor there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a galleried lounge (eaves) with a sofa bed suitable for 2 adults. Outside, by the entrance is an enclosed patio area cordoned off from the street by a natural foilage wall where guests can enjoy a morning breakfast or glass of wine in the evening.
The house offers an ideal base from which to enjoy the city and is only a short walk to Rovinj's numerous beaches, the nearest being Ballota beach just a 300m stroll away. The city offers great access to the Istrian countryside and its Medieval hill top towns such as those at Motovun and Groznjan. Day trips to Venice and Pula Amphitheatre are also available from Rovinj.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
