Guests approach the property from the gated parking area to the rear. 6 steps lead down from the parking area to the pool and pool terrace. From here, guests access the shaded dining terrace with dining table and chairs. There is an unguarded staircase from the dining terrace leading down to a cellar - not for guest use. Guests enter the villa from the shaded dining terrace into an open-plan living-kitchen-dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Left of the kitchen is a shower room and separate utility room. Stairs lead to the first floor, with three double bedrooms. Two double bedrooms share a balcony and a shower room, while the third double bedroom has an ensuite shower room and its own private balcony. Internal stairs then lead to the roof terrace with views across the town, furnished with sun loungers.
Car hire is not essential at this villa but is recommended for exploring outside of Novigrad. There are two beaches within a short walk from the property and a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in the town centre. For families with children, the Istralandia water park is located just 5km away and the well-known seaside resort of Porec and coastal city Umag are both within 20-30 minutes' drive.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
