The nearest beach is also within 20 minutes' walk or 5 minutes' drive from the property.
For the main house guests enter on the ground floor into a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen-dining room and stairs lead down to the basement floor which features a double bedroom with fireplace and en-suite shower room. The separate annexe building is comprised of a kitchen-living room with double sofa-bed and additional shower room. Outside, the main cottage and annexe are connected by a partially covered dining terrace with summer kitchen and traditional stone BBQ. The pool is located slightly further out on the lawned garden, furnished with sun loungers and the mini basketball court is located behind the main cottage with the entire grounds enclosed by a fence.
Car hire is recommended. There is a restaurant within walking distance, while nearest shops and the Istrian coast are less than 5 minutes away by car. This villa is situated in an ideal location within easy driving distance of Pula itself, with its Roman ampthitheatre and the opportunity to take a day trip to Venice by catamaran.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
