    Located in Kastel Novi near the UNESCO protected town of Trogir, this 9 bedroom villa with pool, jacuzzi and sauna is ideal for large groups or families keen to be close to the beaches and amenities the area has to offer. With its picturesque views and comfortable living space, this villa makes for a comfortable relaxing villa stay.

    The villa extends over three floors connected by a covered outside staircase. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen, living (with single sofa bed) and dining area, gym, sauna, communal shower room, a double room with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and a single bedroom with en suite shower room. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living and dining area with access to a large sea view balcony along with 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms. On the second floor there is a further kitchen, living and dining area with access to a large balcony offering sea views. This floor also offers guests a communal bathroom, 2 x double bedrooms, a twin (bunk) bedroom and 2 shower rooms. The outdoor terrace with pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, dining area for 18 persons and summer kitchen can be accessed from the ground floor kitchen and outdoor staircase. 

    Car hire is recommended to explore the surrounding area. Just down the road is Kastel Stafilic, which is one of 7 fortresses that were built between Split and Trogir around the 16th century. Today, after a major investment programme, it is a charmingly restored seaside town. There are plenty of beaches within the area for swimming. Activities available nearby include scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, bike hire as well as skippered boat hire, all of which can be arranged locally.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
