    This 5 bedroom villa has a pool, balcony and sea views, and is located close to the beach in Vantacici near Malinska. Sleeping 10-11 guests, this villa is perfect for groups of families and friends looking for a relaxing seaside holiday.

    The property consist of 4 floors and is accessed via the entrance on the first floor. This floor has a hallway with a staircase, a twin room and a shower room. Stairs lead to up to the next two floors and down to the ground floor. The second floor consists of one double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and both of which have French doors overlooking the pool with sea views. The third floor has a double bedroom with an en-suite showerroom and a terrace with sea views. The terrace adjoins a second double bedroom with a an en-suite shower room and a balcony with sea views and space for alfresco dining. On the ground floor there is a an open plan kitchen and lounge area that opens onto the terrace with space for alfresco dining. Outside there is also a garden, a BBQ, a pool and a cabana. Steps lead from the garden to the beach by the property where there are stone bathing platforms.

    Car hire is recommended while staying at the property. The villa is situated by the sea, next to a peaceful alcove beach. The lovely fishing village of Porat is a short drive from the property and has various harbour-side cafes and restaurants. Similarly, Malinska also has various shops and places to try the local cuisine.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
