    This meticulously restored 200 year old farmhouse is situated in the village of Bajcici, Krk Island. Combining original features with modern interiors, the villa offers guests an elegant retreat to relax and indulge in some thoroughly deserved pampering in the private spa. The property would suit a family or a couple or 2 couples. The villa can also be combined with the villa next door (KV071) to offer accommodation for up to 12 persons.

    The villa is approached along a country road into a parking area. Guests enter into a raised ground open plan kitchen / diner / lounge (with sofa bed for 2 persons). The first floor features 2 x double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room. The lower ground/basement floor features a Konoba (similar to a taverna) with dining table, fireplace/BBQ and wine cellar. Adjoining the farmhouse is a beautifully presented private spa with sauna, sunken jacuzzi and fitness space. The spa is fitted with patio doors along one side which open onto the sunny pool deck and terrace. The larger than average heated pool features Roman steps and a water feature. Next to the pool is a shady summer kitchen with outdoor seating.

    Car hire is recommended when staying at this property. Krk island is accessible from the main road by a connecting bridge. The island has much to offer in the way of mountain areas, vineyards, historic towns such as Krk and Vrbnik and long sandy beaches such as the one at Baska. Other places of interest within easy access of the property include Rab and Cres islands and Istria. Excursions to the Plitvice Lakes and a Venice day trip are also possibilities.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
