This luxury villa in Makarska offers guests an outdoor heated pool, balcony and terrace looking over the mountainous area and sea views. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi. People with wheelchair disability are more than welcome with wheelchair access and an indoor elevator. Catering services can also be booked on request. This villa will be suitable for large families and groups of friends.
There are two floors in this villa. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen/lounge/dining table, elevator to connect to the 1st floor and an en-suite double bedroom which has access for a wheelchair. The 2nd floor consists of three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The lower floor of the villa has a mini fitness area and spa featuring facilities such as a sauna and jacuzzi. Within this floor there are a games room, including a pool table, that guests can enjoy and a wine cellar. The exterior includes a large garden with a pool and a covered terrace with tables and chairs.
This villa is within Makarska and famous for its beaches and sea front. Car hire is recommended for stay at the villa so guests can drive round the coast viewing the scenery. Cycling has been growing within the area with tourists going through the ‘Makarska tour’ round the coastline. A jazz festival takes place in Kacic Square which is around 13-minute drive from the villa.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
