    Set along the peaceful waterfront of Dobrota in the heart of Kotor Bay, this coastal residence provides a welcoming escape for extended families or groups of friends seeking a spacious setting with a touch of refinement. Surrounded by nature and framed by the dramatic Montenegrin mountains, the property offers sweeping views across the bay, creating a serene atmosphere ideal for rest and reconnection.     Guests approach the property from the parking area, with one entrance connecting to the main coastal road, while a second entrance leads down to the waterfront for easy access to a quiet promenade and the villa’s private stone bathing area. Inside, the living spaces are arranged over several levels to offer flexibility and comfort. The first floor includes two deluxe rooms and a standard room, while the second floor features two one-bedroom deluxe apartments—each with a pull-out sofa bed—alongside two additional deluxe rooms. The top floor hosts a generous master suite with two double bedrooms, as well as a studio apartment. All the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. A spacious terrace opens onto the sea-facing garden, where guests can enjoy sun loungers, shaded seating, and a gentle path to the water’s edge.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
