    Set directly along the Adriatic coastline, this elegant seafront retreat offers an exceptional setting for guests seeking a relaxing escape immersed in nature. With direct access to the water and an expansive outdoor area ideal for leisure, it caters especially well to families, couples, and groups of friends. The house is thoughtfully designed to blend coastal charm with a sense of calm, offering spacious interiors and tranquil outdoor features that encourage guests to slow down and savour their surroundings.

    The property is accessed via a driveway with ample space for parking. Upon entering the home, guests are greeted by a large hallway. A staircase leads to a bright lower level that includes a tastefully decorated living area, a kitchen, a games room, an office nook, and a shower room. This level also opens out onto a generous sea-facing terrace complete with a dining area for up to ten guests, as well as a barbecue and fireplace. The first floor features a master bedroom with a comfortable lounge area and an en-suite shower room, the lounge has a sofa bed that can sleep two. This floor also has two additional bedrooms—one single and one twin—and another shower room. The second floor leads to a rooftop terrace boasting sweeping views across Drvenik and Šolta. Here, guests will also find two more bedrooms, one including a sofa bed for two —and a shared shower room. Outside, guests can enjoy a lush Mediterranean garden dotted with palm trees, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, a shower room, a basketball court with child-friendly equipment, and direct access to the sea via a pebbled and stone-slabbed beach.

    Situated approximately 8 km from the centre of Trogir, the villa is ideally positioned for exploring the region. Guests can visit nearby beaches for swimming or snorkelling in crystal-clear waters or take a short trip into Trogir to experience its UNESCO-listed Old Town with charming streets, historical architecture, and bustling markets. Popular local excursions include boat trips to the islands of Drvenik or Šolta, while those interested in history will enjoy visiting ancient ruins and heritage sites along the coast. Whether exploring, dining, or simply soaking in the natural beauty, this location offers a rich variety of experiences for all.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
