The villa is split into two apartments. The first is a ground floor 1-bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette open-plan with a living-dining area, furnished with double sofa bed. A double bed and shower room complete the ground floor apartment. External stairs lead to the first floor, with open-plan living-dining room with corner kitchen (eaves). One double bedroom is located on this level, with a family shower room and a family bathroom. The second floor (eaves) holds one double bedroom with its own terrace and one single bedroom.
The fenced grounds with terrace and pool are accessed from the ground floor level. Stairs lead down to the pool area with pool including small partly separated children's pool area. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers, and there is a separate shaded dining terrace with BBQ for evening meals.
Car hire is recommended at this villa to access the main old town of Trogir nearby. Okrug Donji beaches and restaurants are within walking distance, and guests can enjoy boat rental from the pier a few hundred metres from the villa. Further afield, guests can take day trips to Brac Island, Split Old Town or the surrounding areas. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
