Guests approach the property from the parking area, to an enclosed garden and terrace surrounding the villa. Set over three floors, guests enter the villa on the ground floor to a spacious open-plan living-kitchen-dining room, with breakfast bar. Patio doors lead out onto a sea view shaded terrace, with hammock-style seating and an outdoor dining table and chairs. In front of this terrace is a lawn and swimming pool. The first floor is comprised of two double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower room, and a shared balcony. The second floor (eaves) is comprised of a living room containing a double sofa bed, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with ensuite shower room, and a shared balcony.
Car hire is recommended, although the nearest beach is just a few minutes' on foot. Razanj village is within walking distance for small shops and restaurants, and main shops can be found in Rogoznica town, 5km from the villa. One of Croatia's stunning national parks, Krka National Park, is nearby and worth a day trip to see the spectacular waterfalls. Popular excursions in the area include visiting the historic cities of Zadar, Split and Trogir, while the main islands of Brac, Hvar and Vis are within easy reach for day trips.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
