Ideal for families or a group of friends, this 4 bedroom villa with pool is situated within walking distance of seaside town Okrug Gornji on Ciovo Island. Great value for money. Guests at this villa enjoy wonderful sea views from the upper floor terrace, and beaches, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot.
This family-friendly villa is set over two levels and is comprised of four double-bedrooms, one with sea-view terrace equipped with table and chairs, two shower-rooms, a comfortable living room with fireplace and TV, dining room and well-equipped kitchen. From the living room, guests access the main terrace, with shaded outdoor dining area, BBQ and summer kitchen. Approx. 15 steps lead down from the dining area to the pool and terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols. The discreet owner occasionally uses a completely separate area of the property, and does not intrude on guests' privacy in any way.
Car hire is not necessary at this villa. Okrug Gornji is a pretty, traditional seaside town with plenty of shops, café-bars and restaurants for guests to visit. Attractions in the area include a sailing school and diving school. Crossing from Ciovo Island to the mainland, guests will find Trogir Old Town, a historic UNESCO protected site well worth exploring on foot. Further afield, Split City and the islands of Brac and Hvar are within easy reach, perfect for day trips. Excursions can be arranged through local agencies or if renting a car, visits can be organised under your own travel arrangements.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
