This villa is ideal for a large family or group of friends who wish to be within easy reach of Trogir, Split and the surrounding islands.
The villa is accessed from the parking area to the rear, and is divided into 3 apartments, each connected via external stairs as follows:
Ground floor. Guests enter the villa from the ground floor sea-view terrace and pool area, leading to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room. 2 double bedrooms are located in this ground floor apartment, plus one bathroom and one shower room.
First & second floors. Internal stairs lead to Apartment 2, a duplex apartment. Guests enter to an open plan living-kitchen-dining room, leading to a sea-view terrace. A separate WC is also located on this level. The second floor is comprised of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room. The 2 double bedrooms access a large balcony shared with apartment 3.

The pool (sole use) and the terrace (private open-ended terrace area connected to the terraces of the 2 neighbouring villas) look out over the sea. The villa is set just above the main road, which may cause some road noise at times.
Car hire is recommended at this villa for easy access to main shops and restaurants, just a few minutes' drive away. The beach is 200m away, accessed via an underpass. The villa is ideally located for exploring the Split Riviera, featuring the waterfalls of Krka National Park, medieval Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral and UNESCO protected Old Town of Trogir. Split City is within easy reach for a day trip, about an hour by car from the villa.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

Loved this villa. The family who owned it were super helpful and really accommodating. Lots of space, and everything was very new and well equipped. Conveniently located by car to Trogir and supermarkets. Good ocean views.
