    Set within the charming coastal town of Sukošan, just a short walk from the Adriatic shoreline, this welcoming villa offers guests a relaxing escape in an authentic Mediterranean setting. Surrounded by natural beauty and local character, the house is well suited to families, small groups, and those looking to combine tranquillity with convenience. With its airy interiors and thoughtful features, this home-from-home strikes a balance between comfort and understated elegance, all within easy reach of local amenities and seaside attractions.

    Guests arrive to find ample parking at the front of the property, with space for several vehicles within a secure, enclosed area. Entry is through the main ground-floor entrance, where a spacious layout opens into a bright living room with a fireplace, dining area, and a kitchen, ideal for preparing leisurely meals. Also on this floor is a guest toilet and a utility space. Upstairs, three tastefully styled double bedrooms each feature en-suite shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms also open onto a large balcony with sea views. A double sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two additional guests. Outdoors, the garden includes a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, and a shaded pool side dining area with barbecue and summer kitchen. There’s a trampoline, table tennis, and a grassy area that is great for children. An additional outdoor toilet completes the outdoor space.

    Located close to both nature and culture, the property serves as an excellent base for exploring North Dalmatia. Guests can visit the nearby town of Zadar, just a short drive away, where they’ll find historic landmarks such as the Sea Organ and the Roman Forum. The scenic beaches of Zlatna Luka and Makarska are easily accessible, as are the walking trails and climbing routes of Paklenica National Park. The Kornati and Krka national parks offer unforgettable day trips, while the town of Sukošan itself features charming tavernas, a bustling marina, and calm bays ideal for swimming or paddleboarding. Whether it’s outdoor adventure or cultural sightseeing, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the region.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
