    This 3 bedroom villa has a pool, terrace and garden and is located in a peaceful area Dubrava, near Sibenik. The villa sleeps 6-8 guests and is located close to local cafes and shops, perfect for families and friends looking to relax.

    The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/lounge with a dining area that opens onto the terrace by the pool. There is also a double bedroom and two bathrooms. A wooden staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, as well as two bathrooms. Outside there is a summer kitchen with space for alfresco dining, as well as a sheltered terrace. There is also a pool and an outdoor shower. There is also a children’s ground that is shared with the neighboring property.

    Guests can book this villa with SB021 to sleep 16 persons.

    Car hire is recommended when staying at the property. Nearby are some lovely cafes and shops in walking distance from the villa. The beach is a 10-minute drive away, where guests can relax and swim. Sibenik also has a wonderful aqua park which is perfect for families. A visit to St. Nicholas Fortress is also recommended, as is a day spent exploring Sibenik’s charming streets.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
