    Tucked away in the quiet village of Dubravice, this traditional stone property offers a restful retreat for guests eager to experience the unspoilt beauty of inland Dalmatia. Surrounded by nature and just a short drive from the historic town of Skradin and the celebrated Krka National Park, the house suits couples, families, or small groups of friends looking to unwind in a peaceful rural setting. With its characterful stone architecture and warm, inviting interiors, the home provides a comfortable base for those keen to explore the region or enjoy a slower pace of life.

    Guests approach the house via a quiet village road, where private parking is available close to the entrance. On entering, the ground floor opens into a spacious living area with a fireplace and a dining space adjacent to the kitchen. The layout also includes a shower room on this level, as well as a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Upstairs, two double bedrooms are arranged on a gallery-style mezzanine level, accompanied by a second shower room. The outdoor space offers a generous, enclosed courtyard featuring a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Children are well catered for with a small playground and trampoline, while the covered dining area with built-in barbecue make al fresco meals a pleasure. A second outdoor grill and a toilet with shower add extra convenience. 

    The location places guests within easy reach of some of Croatia’s most treasured natural and cultural attractions. The nearby town of Skradin is known for its marina, vibrant summer atmosphere, and local delicacy – Skradin risotto. From here, boats depart regularly for Krka National Park, famed for its waterfalls and walking trails. Guests may also enjoy the nearby beaches, with both pebble and flat rocky stretches around four kilometres away, ideal for swimming and sunbathing. For those with an interest in history, Šibenik is a short drive away, where notable landmarks include the UNESCO-listed St. James’s Cathedral and several impressive fortresses. Whether seeking nature, culture, or relaxation, this location offers a wealth of memorable experiences.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
