2 Bedroom Villa with Pool and Direct Access to the Sea, Sleeps 4-5
This 2 bedroom villa with pool is located right on the seafront and offers direct access to the beach in front of the villa. Relax in the pool whilst enjoying panoramic views of the coastline. The harbour town of Supetar is under 1km away and offers a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Guests enter directly into a ground floor lounge with dining table, where 2 sets of patio doors open out to the terrace and pool. Off the lounge is an open kitchen and a separate toilet. The first floor has 1 sea-facing double bedroom with balcony, and a twin bedroom to the rear. The twin bedroom has an extra bed pull-out bed available. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
If you are travelling with friends or have a larger family, then the villa next door (BC063) can be booked together with this villa. BC063 has the same layout as BC064. Both villas are approached via a resort-style hotel, with tennis courts and restaurant on site (additional supplement payable locally).
Car hire is recommend, and Brac Island is easily accessible from the mainland with a frequent car ferry service operating all year round from Split to Brac. Supetar is a picturesque harbour town with an array of waterfront cafes, restaurants, bars and ice-cream vendors. Places to visit include Vidova Gora,the highest point on all the Adriatic islands at 778m, the towns of Milna,Sutivan and Bol with the famous Bol Golden Cape beach as well as the Blaca Hermitage dating back to the 15th century located on the south of the island.Excursions to other islands are available as well.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
