The property was very comfortable, but would have liked to have 2 twin beds in the second bedroom instead of double as I had two teenagers. The smaller double bed was slightly too small.  Mirrors in the bedrooms would be great. Also air conditioning in the living room was great but fans were a must in the bedrooms.

Apart from that the villa was lovely especially around the swimming pool area.

The owner and his family were a delight and very helpful. He gave us lots of information and was very helpful.

I googled villas in Croatia and your site looked the most interesting as you mainly deal with Croatia. I am impressed with the service and suggestions made when I first called up to say that we had never visited Croatia before and gave the budget that we had. Villa Vinisce was perfect for what we wanted.

Impressed with: Loved the weather obviously! The people very friendly and can speak English. Great value for money. The motorways are exceptional. Needed more time to explore the cultural delights of the country

Not impressed with: Don’t think there was anything that we did not like about Croatia!

Recommend: Have to say that we were disappointed with the restaurants in the harbour. But recommend the restaurants in Trogir. La Dalmatia was brilliant. For a great shopping experience in the "cool". The Mall in Split was brilliant!

Favourite villa moment: Favourite villa moments were discovering we had a tortoise in the garden, which we fed every day.  Also the fig trees in the garden were overflowing with fruit. The pool was a godsend and a delight

Nice house. Really lovely. We had a great time. Beautiful house and pool. People in the bars and restaurants also very friendly. Owner was always happy to help with anything. Could not have been more helpful.  Allowed us in early. Very good service. Thanks very much.

Impressed with: Cheap and nice weather.
Not impressed with: No sand on the beaches
Recommend: We ate at each of the four restaurants in the village and all were nice.
Favourite villa moment: Sitting beside the pool in late afternoon relaxing and splashing around.

Stayed May/June 2017

Booked because of Price / knowledge of Croatia

Directions by car were very good until the last 1/4 mile. Needs careful look at road signs, to make correct turns etc. (when you know, it's easy)but first time is not so ! 
Emailing owner is excellent as he responds quickly. However, trying to phone is not so easy. If guest do not have mobile phone or access to wi fi there could be a real problem.

A microwave oven is advisable. (the owner says he will see to that ) 
There is an outside kitchen which is good (no mention of it in details)

Impressed with: Clarity of sea water, historical sights & recent history...it's people.
Not impressed with: Some locals can be less responsive to visitors but they have undergone troublesome times. Give them time.
Recommend: Excellent position for historical sights. Split, Trogir and Sibenik Mastrinka. Restaurant has been overlooked by others I fear. The food is excellent the service is personal and family oriented. Wine is home grown and made and is exceptional.
Favourite villa moment: The peace and quiet and overlooking a large forest with distant views of the harbour.

The villa was located in a beautifully secluded bay and all the necessary equipment was provided. The owner was amazing kind and relaxed and even did 2 car journeys from Trogir to take me and my friends to the villa as we had no car. A meal had also been prepared for our arrival.

Impressed with: The water is so clear and the people are very kind and accommodating.
Recommend: Lanterna restaurant on the bay. It was delicious!! Also great for sunset cocktails.
Favourite Villa Moment: Having meals and relaxing on the large terraces with beautiful views. Doing little day trips on the fishing boat.
