What to do if you are using an E-mail account with a Spam-Filter?

If you are using a spam-filter, it could trap a reply e-mail from Authentic Villa Holidays and you may never get to know of any messages sent by our Company! If you are using a spam-filter, please add sales@authenticvillaholidays.com to your safe / trusted list, or to your Address Book. Some e-mail providers are known to incorrectly send e-mails to the “Spam” folder. You should check that this doesn’t happen to the e-mails we send to you. Why you should not enter an Autoresponder E-mail account.If you use an autoresponder e-mail address that automatically replies to our notification e-mail, and then deletes it, you may never get to know of any messages sent by Authentic Villa Holidays! If you are not aware of what an autoresponder is, and are using a regular e-mail account, then there probably isn’t any problem.
